SkillMatch Staffing specializes in the recruitment and placement of
permanent assistants on all levels, as well as giving Recent
College Grads their start in business. We staff positions in a
variety of excellent companies, from boutique to creative startups
to corporate firms, working with high-level executives. Applicants
will find opportunities to make real contributions to cutting-edge
projects in many exciting industries. We work on a contingency
basis with client companies - our applicants never pay a fee.

We also have a  Temporary Division, which was meant to service
our permanent client base. Our Temporary Division works with a
broad range of clients, yet we are often told that SkillMatch "gets
it right the first time." Why? The screening of our temporary
employees is extremely thorough, we view each employee with
an eye to his or her personal qualities to determine the
companies for which he/she might be a good fit, and we send
great people who not only perform well but who adapt quickly to
their environments.
